    Hindi kasi lahat ng taro ay kinakain dahil nga makati.pumili lang ng dapat kainin.3 klase lang ng gayusan okaya laing ang akmang iluto dito sa amin kahit luto sa manga o santol nakakain yan ng walang kati kung hindi kilala ang laing na nakuha ay mabuti na wag isama ang laman nito dahil yun ang Makati at kung tangkay at dahon ang ililuto ay makabubuting ilaga muna at itapon ang unang sabaw I drain ng mabuti gamit ang salaan at iwasang haluin ito para maiwasan ang pagiging makati.3 klase ng taro na pwede kainin ang laman pati dahon at tangkay 1kulay berde na May guhit na puti sa tangkay o puno 2 malaki ang puno na May kulay murang pula sa parting laman at nag aagaw ang kulay berde at puti 3malalaki ang puno at laman at medyo light brown ang kulay ng tangkay parting itaas at light green sa parting puno .

    Damihan ang camatis at wag hahaluin ang ampalaya pag niluluto, walang pait. Or bumili ng ampalaya na light green at malalaki , sarap yan , d mapait. Last ko nilalagay ang eggs kc dali lng maluto un khit wala ng sindi ang stove
